Simply send us an unboxing photo/video within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we’ll send a free replacement or a full refund—your choice.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes. You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Contact support to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
